LeadJenn Automations Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 01, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LeadJenn Automations collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website or use our platform. It works together with our Terms of Service.

1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

LeadJenn Automations is operated by LeadJenn Marketing ("we," "us," "our"), 424 Wall St, Suite 500, Jeffersonville, IN 47130. Our platform (the "Service") lets businesses manage contacts and communicate with their customers by text, email, phone, chat and AI tools.

We handle personal information in two roles:

About our clients and website visitors. For information about you as a client, prospect or visitor, we decide how it is used, as described in this policy.

About our clients' customers. When a client stores its own contacts in the Service, we process that information on the client's behalf and under the client's instructions. Section 4 explains how this works.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

Account details: name, business name, email address, phone number and mailing address

Billing details: your payment card is collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. We see only limited details such as card type, last four digits and expiration date.

Business registration details needed for messaging compliance, such as legal business name, EIN and website, used for A2P 10DLC and toll-free verification

Messages you send us through support chat, email, calls, forms and surveys

Information collected automatically

Usage data: features used, pages viewed, actions taken and usage volumes for billing

Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system and access times

Cookie data, described in Section 7

Information from third parties

Information from integrations you choose to connect, such as Google, Facebook, Stripe, QuickBooks or Zapier

Information from referral or affiliate partners when they send you to us

3. How We Use Information

We use the information in Section 2 to:

Create and manage your account and provide the Service

Bill subscription and usage charges and process payments

Register your business with carriers and messaging registries

Provide onboarding, training and customer support

Send service notices, such as billing alerts, security alerts and changes to our terms

Send marketing about our products and services, which you can opt out of at any time

Monitor, secure and improve the Service, and prevent fraud, spam and abuse

Comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service

We may use information that has been aggregated or de-identified, so it no longer identifies anyone, for analytics and to improve the Service.

4. Client Data and Your Customers' Information

"Client Data" is the information our clients store in the Service about their own customers and contacts. Examples include names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages, call recordings, appointments and form submissions.

We process Client Data only to provide the Service to the client, following the client's instructions and our Terms of Service. We do not use Client Data to market our own services to those contacts, and we do not sell it.

Each client is responsible for its own privacy practices. That includes giving its contacts a privacy notice and getting the consent the law requires before texting, calling, emailing or recording them.

If you are a client's customer and want to access, correct or delete your information, or stop receiving messages, contact that business directly. If you contact us instead, we will forward your request to the business when we can identify it.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only as described below.

Service providers. We use trusted providers to run the Service. They may access personal information only to perform services for us, under obligations to protect it. They include:

HighLevel (LeadConnector), which hosts and powers our platform

Stripe, for payment processing

Phone carriers and messaging providers, to deliver texts and calls

Email delivery providers, to send emails

AI providers, to power AI features

Hosting, analytics and support tools

Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena or court order. We may also disclose it to investigate fraud or abuse, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property or safety of our clients, the public or us.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that deal. We will require the new owner to honor this policy.

With your permission. We share information with others when you ask us to, such as when you connect an integration.

6. Text Messaging and Mobile Information

If you agree to receive text messages from LeadJenn Automations, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you signed up for, such as account alerts, appointment reminders, support replies or marketing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The only exception is service providers that help us deliver messages, such as phone carriers and messaging platforms.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, understand how our website and Service are used, and measure our marketing. Some cookies are set by third-party analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics or the Facebook pixel.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the Service, such as staying signed in, may not work properly.

8. Data Retention and Security

We keep account information while your account is active and as long as needed afterward for billing, legal, tax and dispute purposes.

Client Data is kept while your account is active. Clients must export any data they want to keep before cancelling, and we may permanently delete it once cancellation takes effect. If an account is suspended for non-payment, the client may request one data export within 14 days of suspension, after which the data may be deleted. Our Terms of Service explain this in full. Backup copies may remain for a limited time before they are overwritten.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and secure hosting in the United States. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

Update your information at any time in your account settings

Opt out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email

Opt out of texts by replying STOP

Request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights. These can include the right to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, or opt out of targeted advertising. To use any of these rights, email us. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.

We may keep some information after a deletion request when we need it for billing, legal obligations, security or resolving disputes.

10. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own purposes. If we learn we have, we will delete it. Clients are responsible for any information about minors they store in the Service.

11. Other Websites

Our website and Service may link to or integrate with other websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. For material changes, we will also notify clients by email before the changes take effect.
